Francesca's dedication to ensuring every guest's comfort and satisfaction truly sets Residenza Tarzana apart from other establishments I have visited. I cannot recommend this boutique hotel highly enough to anyone seeking a blend of historic charm and modern comfort in the heart of Palermo.
